Leyla Salvade

Leyla Salvadé is a Heartfulness Therapist, spiritual technologist, and the founder of CORA ZONE—the world's first EdTech platform designed to train the heart brain and intuition.

Through the CORA Method™—a system she developed over a decade of lived research, thousands of clients, and her own radical healing journey—Leyla trains individuals and organizations to activate the 40,000 sensory neurites within the heart's neurological network and strengthen the bio-electromagnetic field that governs coherence, presence, and expanded perception. Her work merges neuroscience and quantum coherence to access what she calls the heart's predictive intelligence—the capacity to perceive and respond to information before the thinking brain can process it.

This isn't wellness. This is neurological recalibration—a complete upgrade of the human operating system from fear-based survival mode to heart-centered coherence.

A former Swiss National Team rhythmic gymnast, Central Saint Martins alumna, and certified HeartMath Resilience Trainer, Leyla has shared her methodology at Mindvalley, Soho House, Six Senses, UnDavos during the World Economic Forum, and at one of the world's most exclusive clinics—where she worked as a therapist to royalty, billionaires, and global leaders.

In 2024, she founded CORA ZONE to scale what she'd spent over a decade proving in rooms around the world: that the heart is not only our most powerful organ, but our most sophisticated technology—and it can be trained.

Conception Story

The Conception

Before she had the language for it, Leyla Salvadé was already living from the heart.

Growing up in the Swiss forest, intuition wasn't something she studied—it was how she moved through the world. Nature was her first teacher in listening, sensing, and attuning to what most people have forgotten how to feel. As a young athlete with the Swiss National Team in Rhythmic Gymnastics, training six hours a day, she discovered something that would shape everything to come: the intelligence of the body. The experience of becoming a channel—where something greater moves through you and the mind steps aside. That state led to gold medals. Not through force. Through attunement.

At home, six languages danced through the kitchen. Her Lebanese-American mother and Swiss father—who grew up between Colombia and Venezuela—wove together cultures, religions, and ancestral wisdom under one roof. She didn't learn tolerance. She lived unity. She didn't study spirituality from books. She inherited it through being.

It wasn't until she stepped into the wider world that she realized most people live in separation—from their bodies, from each other, from the intelligence of their own hearts. And that realization became the question she would spend her life answering.

The Becoming

After studying at Central Saint Martins in London and becoming the youngest backstage manager at London Fashion Week, Leyla had a career carved out for her. But at 22, a dark night of the soul dismantled everything—and revealed the path she was actually here to walk.

She moved to Los Angeles and immersed herself in the territory she'd been circling her whole life: the science and spirit of transformation. Over the next decade, she trained with shamans, spiritual masters, and pioneers bridging ancient wisdom with modern science. She became a certified HeartMath Resilience Trainer and Holistic Health Coach. She studied mindfulness at Plum Village—the Zen Buddhist monastery founded by Thich Nhat Hanh. Her explorations spanned Internal Family Systems, somatic trauma work, ancestral healing, past life regression, and quantum energy healing.

But she didn't just study heart intelligence. She lived it—healing a twenty-year struggle with chronic eczema through heart coherence alone, learning to metabolize emotional pain stored in the electromagnetic field. Her own body became the first laboratory. Every breakthrough she experienced, every client she guided, every ceremony she held became part of the living research that would one day become a method.

The Transmission

At sixteen, sitting in a high school chemistry class, something broke through.

While her teacher mapped out chemical compounds on the whiteboard, she—a lifelong artist—felt an overwhelming urge to create her own formula. Born on April 5th under the sign of Aries, she sketched the Aries glyph (♈︎) and Roman numeral five (V). To her surprise, the symbols merged into the shape of a heart.

Then everything shifted. She left her body. Hovering above the classroom in her astral form, she asked the only question that arose: "What is this?"

A voice—clear, divine, beyond anything she could understand—responded: "Leyla, you won't understand the importance of your symbol now. But in time, you will."

That same day, she had the symbol tattooed on her left wrist—a vow to never forget what she already knew: the heart always knows the way.

♈︎ + V — a soul-encoded heart. The original operating system.

It would take nearly two decades to understand what she'd been given. Not a symbol. A blueprint.

Standing Light

In 2014, Leyla founded Standing Light—a global coaching and events company based in New York City—and began doing what she was born to do: bring people back to the heart.

She developed the Standing Light Method™—a system for activating heart intelligence and restoring coherence—and shared it in every capacity she could: one-on-one coaching, retreats, workshops, online programs, and live immersive experiences around the world. If there was a room, a circle, or a conversation, she brought the method into it.

At the center of it all was Heart To Table™—her signature conscious dining experience that merged transformation with beauty, connection, and design. Working with local sustainable chefs and organizations, Leyla created environments where the methodology wasn't taught in a lecture hall—it was lived at a table. Over shared meals in carefully curated settings, strangers became collaborators, walls came down, and the heart's intelligence became undeniable.

Heart To Table traveled the world—from Mindvalley's first-ever Mindvalley University in Barcelona, where Leyla was invited to offer it as the VIP closing experience, to Dean Graziosi's home in Arizona, to yeswetrust in Zurich, and beyond. Her teachings were shared at The Class by Taryn Toomey, Soho House, Six Senses, UnDavos during the World Economic Forum, and more.

Through her podcast and interview series, she spotlighted visionaries at the frontier of consciousness, technology, and human potential.

For over a decade, Standing Light was the proving ground—a living laboratory where Leyla refined, tested, and deepened the methodology through thousands of real human experiences. Every event. Every session. Every breakthrough confirmed what she'd known since that chemistry class at sixteen: the heart holds an intelligence the mind was never designed to access. And it can be trained.

The Return

After nearly two decades in the United States, Leyla returned to Switzerland in 2019—where she served as a Heartfulness Therapist at one of the world's most exclusive clinics, working with royalty, billionaires, and global leaders.

No matter the room—whether a penthouse, a monastery, or a dinner table in Barcelona—she witnessed the same truth: we are in a global crisis of disconnection. And the solution isn't more information. It's a different kind of intelligence.

Cora Zone

In 2024, everything Standing Light had been building toward found its form.

Leyla founded CORA ZONE—a revolutionary EdTech platform pioneering the future of human intelligence. The Standing Light Method™ evolved into the CORA Method™. What had been shared through one-on-one sessions and intimate gatherings was now engineered to scale.

CORA ZONE is the world's first training system for the heart brain and intuition—designed to activate the 40,000 sensory neurites within the heart's neurological network and strengthen the bio-electromagnetic field that governs coherence, presence, and expanded perception. Merging neuroscience and quantum coherence, CORA ZONE trains users to access the heart's predictive intelligence—the capacity to perceive and respond to information before the thinking brain can process it.

This isn't wellness. This is neurological recalibration. A complete upgrade of the human operating system—from fear-based survival mode to heart-centered coherence.

Over a decade of lived research, thousands of human experiences, and one symbol received at sixteen—all of it was preparation for this. CORA ZONE is the bridge between the soul and software. Between what we've always known and what we're finally ready to build.

"The heart isn't just emotional—it's electromagnetic. It holds the codes of the soul, and when we remember how to live from it, we return to the frequency of love that created us." — Leyla Salvadé
